Kundalini Awakening and Working with the Energy

This course is all about spirituality and Kundalini Awakening. Kundalini is a life force energy running through us all and is getting stronger as we work on ourselves, increase emotional regulation, and choose healthy things for ourselves.  I’m sharing some personal insights from my intense journey with Kundalini Awakening to bring this knowledge to more people who might be experiencing it or want to experience it.

We will discuss how this energy is awakened in the body through mindful practices and self-development. We will also talk about Quantum Physics and how it informs us about how energy works, how it should be processed in the body, and how to channel it in the way the Universe works in your favor. We will discuss how to manifest your preferred future life. Also, how to develop seeing auras, and interpreting dreams and messages from the Universe.

We will talk about the symptoms of Kundalini awakening, the stages of it, and ways to get activated and work with your Kundalini. We will also discuss routines, habits, and mindsets to adopt in order to experience more feelings of this energy running through your body. Kundalini is a purification through fire and should not be taken lightly. But when we start to appreciate the knowledge the pain for purification gives us only then we can achieve higher pleasure and joy of life.
